New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. 1- Non growing company, volumes, Turnover is not growing since long. 2- It will be good organization for those - who follow - YES Sir style. 3- Policy not suitable for Indian market conditions, hence growth not happening. 4- Huge potential in Organization /Team / Products -- subject to Sr. Management understand the Indian market better way & try to develop the policy accordingly. 5- Organization is not suitable for Creative / Innovative peoples.
