... ungenuine meetings. Company doesn’t care about your physical and mental health. Internal promotions is like you’re just changing the name of your current profile with minimal salary hike. Lots of politics. No one care for your efforts just results are matters. You will get zero support or response from you reporting manager and entire HR team when u need specially when it is some personal ask. Overall company destroying employees personal life to achieve their targets with ungenuine ask.

1. Re-hiring policy they so called said they will not give you the hike on current salary, They will give you hike 10% on the last croma salary when you worked…wow what a policy 2. Secondly if you want to join then you have to join immediately without following your current company notice period 3. And when your are an employee of croma they will force you to serve full notice period of 30 days If you will not then will cut the salary 3. For the FNF they will given in written that will take 45-60 working days for FNF but will take 6 month and more or you have to mail them for relieving letter and remind them that FnF is pending. 4. Third class support from HR 5. If you are persuing higher education and currently working on executive level then this is your mistake you cannot apply on higher post pr cannot change the field sector, they really dont care for whatever you are doing, I was a good record holder ex employee of the tata Croma who achieved 100% track record in SOP and smart audits and had a great certification there given all time best work with too short leaves but totally senseless.

Work doesn't matter anymore since it's a matured organisaton. The focus is on favouritism, politics.. it's a very bad organisation for women. There is no woman in the senior management, just one in HR and even she has no powers or mind of her own and doesn't support women.

...e and they are not good on this platform because there is to much prices issues. I tell you one thing if you are a customer and you select a Washing machine and told them the croma staff that give me a best discount i want this and you talk to your manager that customer want a discount and you now what he said his firt word is there any warrant yes or no if you say i have pich him warranty and he is not interested to take warranty so your manager didn't give you best price most of the time because he has pressurised with store manager and store manager pressurised with the cluster manager so this is not a way of selling products if customer need a warranty so he will Definitely take it and if you pressurised him to take warranty so he fells uncomfortable and he will left to your store and he will not coming again Definitely So please please make it on a proper manner way and please respect your staff and incrise ther salaries because they cany service on that much salary If i tell you that you are join croma as a sales staff and your salary is fresher 11500 and experience 16500 could you service in a month because your personal pocket money i thing 5000 minimum what salary you provide to your family your house retn 5000 your electricity bill 1300 and your rasion bill 5000 minimum and if in your family member have any illness or other problems so you can not manage your life is going to hell so please incrise croma staff salary Atlisit 24500 please guise try to understand. Thank you

Too much mental stress less pay continuously cost cutting many left the job switched to other companies for last 2 year only 300rs increment more than mentioned working hours and multi job roles you have to do everytime manager threatens if we don't do it than he will fire or issue warning letter work culture is too bad.
