i'm having headache thinking of any single positive about this croissance. toxic work place and management. i literally faced health issue after joining here . nothing great here to work here. they always fight & scream on us as dogs. management are MAD

...itism, office politics lack of transpirity and openess no proffessional growth . people who are leaving this org not happily leave salary of last 3 months will cut and no reliving letter provided.

Opportunities to work on leading edge technologies. The company is no short of newer projects. Its how we get to be apart of such newer projects that offer is both learning and creative working insights into varied technologies.

This place offers an excellent environment for a progressive career, top-tier work exposure, and a learning culture. Also, the compensation and benefits offered are as per industry standards. So, for me, it's the best place.

We have many good benefits in place, which I truly appreciate. Like, we get snacks during break time, for clinical research team - travel accommodation is provided, health insurance is given to senior level people and accidental coverage for entry and mid-level people, leave policy is good where company offers maternity as well paternity leaves.

We have employee welfare activities where we celebrate awareness days and festival days. These are even some employee's engagement activities for better team bonding like we have outdoor trips. These aspects certainly make this place special, as employees well being is well thought. I believe it isn't just where we grow professionally; it's a place where we truly appreciate and love the unique and inclusive vibe.
