I don't want to talk anything against criyagen agri ,i would like to request MD sir to look at every employee ,if one can not achieved anual target that doesn't mean every time that particular employ is not working good , there may be other fault too.

HR BEHAVIOR,VP BEHAVIOR IT MEANS TOXIC ENVIRONMENT AND THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY. EVERYTIME VP TALKING ABOUT RESIGNING OF JOB. VERY FRUSTRATED PEOPLE ARE WORKING IN THE LEVEL OF HO. HR , SHE IS VERY RUDE PERSON. SHE IS BEHAVING LIKE A BOSS. VP HE DOSE NOT HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT TO TALK WITH EMPLOYEES AND DEALERS.

Company internal politics. Zonal manager controls for field staff are not given 100% From H.O. staff calls to field staff . This shows no trust on mangers who handle them. Some culprits like distributor from kolhapur and Senior Marketing person from coromandel that is Ex VP KSPENCHALAIAH has ruined this company and MD didn't took action in time....KSP is responsible for ruined career of many managers like me.

Working structure is bad Some people group grow Appraisal will not given Increament will be denied by small , silly mistakes Account system is bad Technically weak employees MD Don't know his company products

People are accommodative and friendly.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Hectic travel to and from the company. Even for a manufacturing company, have a 6 day work week is not feasible and is quite exhaustive especially for people who want a balanced career with their families.
