...elpful and appreciate your work. Timings can be flexible if managers are fine. Team mates are helpful too and salary is average.

Dislikes

Salary must be more and right people must be promoted. Higher management do not know who is messing up and this adds more frustration among employees. Higher management is getting fooled by some manager and some do not deserve to be at manager position as they don't have basic logic and common sense. Higher management must promote right leaders to manage business.

Likes

Having a young workforce always adds up to lot of positives to a workplace. The environment is very energetic, vibrant, playful and enjoyable. That doesn't mean the focus on work is not there, they are are extremely disciplined when it comes to on time deliveries. CEO believes in work-life balance sometimes its hard to achieve but I have felt most content working with them due to so many mind engagement activities. For someone to start their career Crimson is an excellent place.

Dislikes

While I was employed the pay-scales were not that inviting, but the learnings I got were immense.

Salary is paid out on time. Generally, this place has understanding and helpful colleagues and seniors.

Dislikes

The workload is extremely high. On several days, you end up working way beyond shift hours. The pay structure and appraisals are also disappointing. Even though editors are expected to work under very tight deadlines, even the most minor of misses are focused on and feedback is provided. The office space is cramped. No leaves on national holidays or public holidays in the name of capacity too. There is zero work/life balance, and you end up losing yourself to the incessant workload, regardless of how good you are with time management.

...u target from day one 3. Managers are empathynless, with no knowledge at all. 4. They want u to work 24/7 without overtime compensation. 5. Harshit one of the so called manager will call you anytime and at any day. 6. Forget about personal time once you join this call 7. Roshani is one of the most micromanager who don't know anyone apart from micromanament. 9. In pantry you will see mouse running here and there. 10. Management will ask u if u r away for more than 10 min 11. There is no washroom, you will need to use public toilet 12. You cannot raise ur voice as HR and management are both same 13. They will put you in trouble if u put down the paper 14. It's like Tum apni marji se aa sakte ho lekin jaa nai sakte. 15. They can terminate anyone at any time without notice 16. Management support only to favourite employee who work 24/7 17. Don't work here even if you are jobless 18. Once you leave, they will give your bad review to your new employer. Iets pray for all employees who work there.

Likes

The culture at the company is amazing. Anyone is approchable, be it a top management or senior personal from other teams. People are very detail oriented and will be direct with their approch. Alot of different things to learn as well. Everyone strives hard to meet their targets/get the work done with mutual understanding , respect and fun.

Dislikes

...u are not done for the day, even if its another 2-3 hours after your shift ends.The compensation does not reflect in the work done.
