1. Scolding employees on the floor in presence of all juniors. 2. In the name of audit, they cancel planned leaves ( Top boss does this before RBI audit and don't mark HR while sending such mails). They recruit people to fire to safe guard their old employees. 3. Please don't go with 4 or 5 stars ratings/comments. Majority of them are fabricated ones.

Dislikes

The managers keep changing throughout the year which degrades the motivation to work effectively and efficiently. The is no strict adherence to guidelines. Shuffling happens in every 3-5 months.

The only positive point of working at CRIF is that if you survive this godforsaken company, then you're fit to apply for the position of soldier in the Army for posting in Ladakh.

...e's distinctive smell kept haunting me for a long time after I had left them. 2.) Near to zero compensation 3.) Absolutely cruel, clueless and skill-deprived top management. They have purposefully constructed an abusive workplace culture and allow the bosses to take full advantage of their subordinates. Also, you'll get to work with Italian clients mostly, and their work culture and behaviour is known to the world.

i'm told about software development Department . Compensation is decent , but growth is slow vintage limited people are not growing the Juniors,the work pressure is very high every times, training i am fresher but no one guide me and not conduct training also i worked 4 month unpaid internship after that they are accept officially internship and internship period is 6 month they conduct 8 month internship , when project is delivered. so finish my internship ,Also,there is no on-job training for fresher,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain many times
