This company is very good for technicians, worker labours and others than engineer. If you are having ITI, DIPLOMA like carrier this company helps you more. This company follow more safety in workplaces. For learning and training purpose this company let you know more things on system.

Salary package is quite low but it provides accomodation and fooding free of cost. Company's promotion policy is quite dissatissfied. Internal politics is very high which I dislike much.

For a few years now, only Tamil workers are taken care of more in this company. Every year, Tamil workers get more increments. In this company oil policy & differentiation is more.
