...hing and gives work on another thing. You can't get expertised in any domain. 2. Please be careful while negotiating salary, Employers PF contribution also included in your CTC. (While giving offer they do not mention this) 3. Work life balance is not at all there. 4. Revenue is good but salary will be less. 5. No bonus even if you work for 15-16 hours a day. 6. No bonus even for Diwali or any festival. 7.In the name of volunteering they force you to take care of toilets also. There is no admin in the office. 8. Work will be allocated based on favouritism. Work from home benefits also based on favouritism. 9. They tell you that we are family, when your family is in need they won't leave you to give time. 10. If you work on one weekend, they ask you to work on every weekend. No comp offs
