Employee Retention Policy to be improvised Salary growth is not as per the expectations

Deducting 20% of salary and yes daily going to office. No job security as if your arogya setu changes to yellow or orange you need to take your own leaves.

No support from management, billing is the only thing which matters

In Covid, if there is project, you will get salary with 20%cut and if incase on bench, you will not get salary.

No cabs, no support for transfer laptops at home in covid and forcing you to come office to collect it.

There is no limit to what you can learn here, in terms of new technologies and tools, hardly possible at MNCs. If you can put in the time, company will compensate accordingly.

Nothing as such, just usual small organisation (logistically) issues like shorter projects.

WFH has really given us opportunity to balance our work and personal life. Organization has elevated to next level during this pandemic phase in terms of work culture, employee engagement. My colleagues are friendly and quite helpful.
