...y go lucky culture. This is how it was when I was there from 2012 to 2015 Dec. Compensation depends upon experience and annual increment was like anywhere else. Basically don’t expect too much. But IJP (lateral move to other process) was next to impossible in my experience. this was bad back then. They also refused work from home to some people who were needy so that can impact badly. Work life balance was good and people can actually have their family time if you live close to company. Because company did not provide any travelling facility to work. No cabs or buses. You will ha e to travel on your own and can be difficult. If this aspect is managed its good place to work. Big brand name attached to it. They may give a travelling opportunity to people in their good books. Probability 1 in 180.

Dislikes

Trainings are available but they can offer better than what they do currently. Politics is everywhere. Career growth is very case specific not great overall for everyone. Company does not provide pick n drop services for employees working in Research and writing department at least till 2015 they didn’t. Less chances now as well.

Good working environment.. senior management guidance is always available..most important no one disturbs you when you r enjoying ur leave & post duty hours.

Dislikes

Sometimes non deserving candidates got selected for a task which is beyond his/her reach...u can take it positively that management shows trust on employees to improve their skill
