This was my first company and I have worked there for 3.6 years. It was really nice experience. Everyone was so supportive and helpful. This is good company to work with and they have good culture.

Dislikes

Less Compensation. But if you get the decent salary at the joining then go for it.

...on-site travel is completely dependent on the project and the client's location. Teammates and colleagues are supportive, the work environment is good, career growth is there, salary is decent and appraisal is done on time. The company provides a great work life balance.

Dislikes

The company has no work pressure as such, however, sometimes you have to extend your work hours to complete the assignment. Your unique strengths and appreciations from client or managers may get unnoticed, which can affect your professional growth and yearly appraisals.

Organization is good. Policies are good. Employee friendly. Good flexibility.

Dislikes

Team politics, no proper training department. Only ONE person handles all about the training. Very unprofessional & moody trainer. So much of freedom to selected people. Favouritism. Partiality. Gossiping. So much of groupism. Old team members don't welcome the new joinees. Increment is not that good- few people get too much hike & few people get very less despite working too much. Many new joinees have left within short term due to dirty politics & POOR training.

I enjoyed a good work life balance at Crest. However, from growth perspective its a bit not that good. You have very limited opportunity to grow and you may become redundant as you spend more time with the organisation. Also there is a lot of favoritism.

Dislikes

The company doesnt have proper hierarchy and growth of the employee is stunted if he/she stays back for a longer time. Limited opportunities to prove yourself and a lot of favoritism.

in the crest Premadia solution pvt. ltd. working environment is very good also training culture, teammates were very supportive and friendly they like family, in this org. job security and job growth is like average category,about politics i never seen when i was working, I thing overall its nice experience work with Crest.
