For developers the place is good, but it is not at all great place to work, because the higher management team in sales humiliate you, give bad rating in appraisal while performing best in team and give invalid reasons, like if you are not saying sir to your manager. After telling HR the problems I faced in company, she is ignoring the whole situation and didn't said a single word to the respective person.
