...ad worst experience in this organisation. The policies are not employee centric. They deduct salary for emergency leaves even if you have paid leaves available. The behavior is intolerable at times. This was the worst job I ever had.

I have worked in this company for 3 years & have not found any partiality done by superiors towards anyone. The performers are rewarded & unworthy, fugitive & non-performers are also given a lot of support .The bad comments come only from such undeserving candidates who try to find excuses as they are incapable to perform
