Toxic Employer, shouting all the time Unnecessary. Makes you work extra working time. No leaves even if you have leave balance in your account. Only Gazestested leaves are provided. Question you if you are on your personal call even if that's urgent, if you are unwell, it doesnt matter to the employer he will ask you to take medicine and come to office. I had worst experience in this organisation. The policies are not employee centric. They deduct salary for emergency leaves even if you have paid leaves available. The behavior is intolerable at times. This was the worst job I ever had.
