...slower (if you do something innovative, that might take a boost in your growth). Salary hike is bit low for the staff, but for management stuff its better.

The company culture was good.. I have grown myself there in a learning environment.. I was happy to be part of their innovative team members..

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.. The work pressure is very high.. Sometimes I had to work 13-14 hours straight in a day

The fact that we can constantly learn and develop our skillset has attracted me the most about Crescent. I have got great exposure in practical field of HR under the guidance of my mentor and I really enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.It indeed matches the certification of great place to work .

CRESCENT FOUNDRY IS A GOOD COMPANY AND MOST BRIGHT FEATURE AND MOST OF LIKE MR LOHIA JI ARE GOOD HUMAN BEING I WORK 1 YEARS 3 MONTH TOTAL SUPPORT LOHIA JI AND TOTAL FACTORY STAFF I AM PROUD I WAS A STAFF OF CRESCENT FOUNDRY.

SOME MIN MIND STAFF ARE THERE MR ABHAY PUAL & MRS CHUMKI AND OTHER 2 OR 2 ACCOUNTS SATFF ARE DISTRUB FAMILY OF CRESCENT FOUNDRY . MR ABHAY PUAL VERY MIN MIND SATFF AND HE BEHAVIARE BEHAVIOR IS GIVING BAD NAME OF CRECENT FAMILY THEY THEMSELVES DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WORK AND DO NOT ALLOW TO WORK OTHER I THINK IF THEIR MENTALILTY DOES NOT CHANGE SUCH A BEAUTIFUL COMAPNY BAD NAME
