The work load is less. Because this institute is new the workers get a chance to explore and get experience in other fields also other then the field they joined bdef for.

The salary there is extremely very low compared to the work you have to do. They don't give a short notice before firing you From the job. They ask one person to do everything like reception, management, councelling, teac
