...slower (if you do something innovative, that might take a boost in your growth). Salary hike is bit low for the staff, but for management stuff its better.

The company culture was good.. I have grown myself there in a learning environment.. I was happy to be part of their innovative team members..

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.. The work pressure is very high.. Sometimes I had to work 13-14 hours straight in a day

The fact that we can constantly learn and develop our skillset has attracted me the most about Crescent. I have got great exposure in practical field of HR under the guidance of my mentor and I really enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.It indeed matches the certification of great place to work .

No believe in system development. Poor management. Employes feelings stressed, Because more focused towards manual system. Manpower shortage consistently, working frequently with new/unskilled labour.
