The company is always good. But salary is low & good for fresher's specially for girls, too much politics, the seniors some good, no job security, no other benefits for desk worker's.

Work pressure is low. Good company for freshers and little experience once also My Reporting manager (Mr Rakesh Dadhwal) is very very good and very supportive. IT staff is very helpful. My view's are only for IT department.

...des a limited company Learning opportunities is average. Career growth is low. Salary hike is very low. Salary timing is also not fixed. No diwali gifts.(only 4 ladoo's pack) HR department all word are not remain same. they could be change after joining even HR who gave word himself is left company

The work culture is good. Work stress is also less.

The salaries are very less comparable to other companies. Moreover, there is Salary disparity between seniors and juniors. Juniors are given more salary than senior. Work life balance is negligible with more than 10 hours of shifts with alternate day and night shifts.
