Managerial staff- co-ordination gaps to be avoid in some cases. remaining all good.

1) Management is employee supportive and no fear of lossing job, 2)Management is having very good vision, 3) Very Good work culture, 4) Leave policy is meeting the leave policies like multinational companies, Implemented Bonus policy in Year - 2022. etc

As the company is recently developing employee needs to face more load for accomplishment of his assignments

1) Lot of Scope for implementation of new systems and Updating oneself, 2) Good Cross Functional teams support for achieving targets, 3) Positive Management, 4) Facility build with Regulatory Norms, 5) Peaceful environment, 6) Timely Payment of Salaries etc.

For a fresher it's a good company to stay but just for a year. Good increament if you stay for more than a year.

Dislikes

Minimum of 3 years bond. No cafeteria. No bonuses. Not much to learn, so your experience here will be of less value.
