First the company was not given pressure to the employees but from few months they are given lots of pressure...even though working hours was 9am to 6pm but sometime they call you at 8:30 am to 6:30pm/7pm or 9am to 7pm...

I would love dislike the timing its started from 9 to 7 which is not good for our health sometime I suffer very critical situation just because of the timing

I have working this company last 2 year I have facing the 1st problem office timing 9 to 6 but team leader said meeting after 6:30 you can leave the office after 7 pm shift is 10 hour , this is my burst experience you can exceed 2 min from your break you can explanation of your TL why are you late 2 min

No work life balance Break se late aao to explanation do, but office hours 10.5 hours ho jaye to to no pay nothing even they make us feel like hum slave hai TL, Management and specially hr tanvi wo to pta ni kya samjahti hai apne ap ko egoistic , bevkuf hr Bina Padhi likhi hr, sirf English bol kr or management ke aage niche ghum kr sochi hai company usne le li h, slave smjti h

Only getting salary on time no doubt. But I reached office one date late 5 minutes in the training period. Company deducted my half day salary. Salary is also no good. I complaint regarding my deducted salary Hr irritated with me and no solution given for this.

...rk from 9am to 7 pm. Office culture is worst. Only dirty politics resides there. Apart from salary on time nothing is good. Employees are terminated without any reason. Company demanded room owner light bill, adhar card, signature. Apart from this always disturbed for many types of documents. Although before joining i submitted all documents. Feedback given after 7pm. I am a DRA certified candidate. According to bank process DRA certified candidate gets more attractive salary. But there is no these types of things. Here started salary is 12000. Salary is worst. Management is worst. Everything is worst.
