Good Company but Chennai division manager Mr.Kannan very bad

Chennai division DM mr.Kannan ask daily customer to bill deposit their my salary & tell not allowed to new PAR..😡 I have loss Rs.175000 due to pressure from chennai divisional manager Mr.Kannan sir...😥😥 Chennai division many staff attrition ... Now i am reliving this company 😥

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Only thing they provide salary ontime nothing other than that. Dont expect more thing about this company maximum avoid these type of companies

More things we can say about teams 1. No supportive for workers, HR department is very worst especially Madurai Regional HR ( he thinks that he is a HR for Pan india). 2. HR Management will not have plan and schedule for HR team members they will ask you all the report's and status immediately ( they only know the word immediately). 3.Very worst Work life balance and satisfaction. 4. No supportive management, for HR's its a Telecalling job, you can develope your skill in HR field. 5. Tamilnadu(chennai) Recruitment HR Manager is very worst and he will give false promises when he calls and recruiting you, don't believe his words 6. They will say Saturday and Sunday leave but Saturday and Sunday only they will make you travel for Recruitment 7. More things to say, whoever reading the comments, kindly search for another jobs

A great place to work. Amazing culture. Seniors are very helpful and Humble. Everyone is supportive. Appraisal is the best part as every year we get good bonus and hike. Work life balance is great
