I must express my profound disappointment in the company's overall culture and leadership. From the moment I joined, it became evident that this organization lacked the fundamental elements necessary for a healthy work environment. The work culture at credible markets is toxic. There is a palpable sense of distrust and apprehension among colleagues, which is perpetuated by the lack of transparency and communication from management. Teamwork and collaboration are virtually non-existent, as employees are pitted against each other in a competitive and cutthroat environment. CEO of Credible Markets demonstrates a complete disregard for basic manners and respect when interacting with employees. His communication style is abrasive and condescending, creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation, he routinely belittles and demeans those under his leadership. There is a clear lack of support for employee well-being and professional development. HR policies are outdated and ineffective, leaving employees feeling undervalued and unsupported. The company has been nothing short of disheartening. Company prioritizes profit over its employee well being, resulting in a toxic work environment and low morale.
