People whom are working as executive are really amazing and friendly.

Dislikes

But the management and the ceo is very pathetic. They only wanted to demotivate you if you're not working according to them. They will give you lots of warning to terminate you everytime. No work schedule no work culture even you have to work on Sundays as well. The AVP of sales is really uneducated person he always shows his attitude towards to executive that he have so much experience in bpo.

Likes

The teammates were helpful and jovial. The only worthwhile experience was that with the fraternity of colleagues that developed here. Some very intelligent people were colleagues here who contributed greatly to personal and professional development.

Dislikes

The work environment is very negative. The middle management expects everyone to pamper them and their behaviour is condescending, abusive and unprofessional

Likes

From my experience in the digital marketing team, I gained a lot of knowledge regarding not only digital marketing but various technologies and rising market trends. The interaction between management and juniors is quite educating.
