i like the way of company where the company maintain a relation with clients and excutive. But as per my knowledge we need some improvement in departments and reporting.

i saw this time there will no coordination between departments like no one is seprately hired for a single department. i think this will occuring unusually new challenges and decreasing the speed or growth of company's.
