Flexible working hours, good base pay, used to like culture

...nagers are not even technically competant and boot lickers, terrible appraisals so if joining make sure your initial pay is high.

Likes

Great and supportive management. Flexible working hours and great base pay. Management is open to hear feedback and you can directly walk up and ask questions. Lot of flexibility is given decision making and trust is given while taking bets.

Dislikes

Culture is going downhill a bit but can be worked upon to be as good as it was a while back. Can set clear vision for company and have clear priorities org wide.

* paradise for bootlickers. * in last 5-6 months, cred culture changed a lot. * silent layoffs in form of PIP. * no learning.

Dislikes

No dedicated process and also no pay scale! Work is not getting recognised and even if you work the credit is taken by others. To be honest their is no clarity in what needs to be done and to whom we should assign what work, in the name of startup culture they are simply confusing everyone.

Likes

The work culture is good, but this varies within departments. You will be given good work and immense learning, for sure. The company culture and team engagement are very good. I liked the no-leave policy in CRED.

Dislikes

Leadership decides a lot about your growth and progress in the company; it can be really biased at times. Good work is not the only thing you need to grow here.
