There is nothing good about this company. Ambience of the firm is like Govt Organization & Management also works the same. Don't ever join this company, Director & Management will really ruin your life.

You will not get salary on time, there is no place to have lunch, Single washroom for ladies & gents, atleast 15-20 mints you have to stand infront of toilet door for your turn, No time to leave office. Office Surrounding always fill with noise. Every Now n then you have to answer for the things which you have not done. Really ultimate worst company in my experience so far.

Very pathetic place n firm to work at. Do not expect to get good experience and work environment. The work place is full of bed bugs and rats, no seperate washroom for Male and female & is just beyond words. For lunch there is a small table n chair placed next to the washroom which is their dining area. There won't be any appreciation and increment even if you're promised at the time of interview. No overtime is given or nor it is appropriated. Although I was in Operations I was always under pressure for sales whereas sales staff used to be on leave for 1 - 1 month. There is always negative commenting. Higher management has too much of communication gap and at the end will point the fingers to you even if the faults are of higher management. The director has too much of ego and doesn't have any respect for his employees not the helping staff like the peons. He has no manner to talk with his employees. Face discrimination if you are looking forward to work in this firm. Toxic work environment. Working here is like inviting headache by self. Pathetic place even for interns. Interns are being judged and passed comments for their physical appearance wont get anything to learn only do is data entry.

Environment and culture are good.Teamates in Head office are very supportive . Management police equal to all.

Management must watch the Branch incharge activities in day to day operations like client issues and payments and other issues.

I had an experience with creative travel at kollam branch.It was very nice experience with them.come to work environment very comfortable,good teamwork,good training etc.

good team work is there but only problem is no salary growth depend on experience

The company is good in growth . I was working As accountant so the site travel policy didn't used it well because i was there only for 5 months. My Teammates were good in nature, they helped m alot to learn new things which i had never done, salary is quite low, work environment i would rate this 8/10☺️. Thank you
