It's good to have a company like creative ,amazing company and good work culture and teammates , salary wise ok but not that much,what we accept

Dislikes

They should provide hybrid for those who are coming from long distance and help them to avoide wasting of time in travel. Here some employee are spending more than 4 hrs for he's journey those who are coming from 25 to 30 km per day it's one sided.

I have been working as a senior Automation Engineer at Creative Synergies Group for the past 4 years, and i must say that it has been an amazing journey so far. CSG is a great company that provides endless opportunities to learn, grow and enhance your skills.

Dislikes

While CSG offers competitive salaries and benefits, some employees may feel that their compensation is not commensurate with their experience or level expertise.

There is a bit of security. its available in my home town

Dislikes

No flexibility for women associates to work from home . No salary growth despite working hard. Managers are opaque . Strong hierarchy and no interaction between managers and employees. No clear roadmap of what you need to do and later blamed for not doing anything

There is nothing to like in this company some bunch of idiots at top management running this company.

Dislikes

... as they give lollipop to everyone and later will come to know that it's fake. First they are hiring everyone in bulk giving good package but in some month when they failed to get client which is upper management fault they will ask to leave the organization and this will affect future career as well so please don't join and save yourself

being a fresher , it's no where less than to worry but as it goes without saying, having the right environment and the opportunity to grow, Creatives has helped me in making good career. good facilities
