Company work environment are good. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good but appraisal are not good.

Employee Salary is not increase according to employees workmanship and timing . Employee career groth is slow.

Great place to learn most latest construction techniques,and seniors are very supportive,management is also good,salary always on time 5-7 every month,facilities are very nice.

Salary is little low at this stage.but if you have refrence you feel great.

Anyone who wish to join with this company please keep in mind that you may be terminated any time without last month salary. Even if you go through the H.R. policy you may not paid the final salary. I think this is time wastage to join and work with CPC. The company is very good in last 10 years back but due to present management the company grow downward in quality and relationship. I think no future in this company.
