During the Covid we used to work from home but our salary was deducted by 50%.Moreover all our incentives and allowances were also not given even though the company sales were as usual.

Dislikes

They intend to exploit the employees and deep disatisfaction among the employees. Appraisals are never going to happen and salary is below the industry standard. Not a employee oriented company. The variables and incentives were were also cheated from the employees.

Have given all over rating .. There's no work life balance , no good appraisals. Not an employee oriented company, no appreciation for the good works, politics and manipulative work culture and staff.

Management is very open minded and allows their junior to grow , company policies are very cool, Work Culture is amazing.

Pressure is there as we are sales oriented organization but with help of HOD its possible.

Colleagues are very much friendly as well as very cooperative. Appraisal is given every year as well as appreciation for the dedication and hardwork. Training has been given in accounting, billing as well as PDC. Working environment is very good. Feels like a family.

This is not a company just as a joint family..... enviroment.....very friendly and supportive Managing Director and all team member....I enjoyed a lot worked with this company...

Not more but sometime it's comunication gap from HO people..
