No discussions about appraisals. No 1-on-1 meetings for career growth. Small mistakes lead to scolding. Unprofessional behavior in meetings. No interaction outside your own team. Skills are ignored; you must follow their way. No learning or growth opportunities. 3-month notice period. Poor Team players. There are lot ....... The CTO(Happy in hindi) is crazy, has hired and fired hundreds to keep financial numbers up or down and to hide his incompetence. The company is playing with people's careers by hiring and firing fast. To much of directionless micromanagement even on associate level. Super misogynistic.
