MOST IMPORTANTLY - If company is in urgent need they will hire you immediately at your expected salary, only to fire you later once things are in place. Zero Job Security. (Due to poor retention they will have urgent need)

Had good managers but the top management is nonsensical.

The CTO(Happy in hindi) is crazy, has hired and fired hundreds to keep financial numbers up or down and to hide his incompetence. The company is playing with people's careers by hiring and firing fast. To much of directionless micromanagement even on associate level. Super misogynistic.

Work From Home. Managers are too good just if they don't listen to one person. Leads are also cool

Nothing new to learn now. Only one person is so much annoying and he is at very higher post thus have to listen to him. Always fear when can i get a call from HR and say this is you last month.
