There is nothing to like about this company! Shit af!

Dislikes

...oper drinking water, no proper ventilation of air. Poor hygiene and environment. Poor admin policies, 45 working days notice period, salary on 10th working day of every month i.e mid of every month and if you take a leave in this period the salary will get delayed according to number of leaves. Shit company.. I wish I had option to give in negative stars I would give -100.

They don't consider Covid-19 as a serious problem / pandemic. The don't even sanitize their office on a regular basis. Everyone is going on meetings, whether it is in Delhi or outside Delhi like nothing happened.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that maintenance reliable high quality products and services and has a national based plants at overall India. Plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimas I have to work 18-24 hours in a day as I have to attend maintenance and commioning/mechanical echanical and moveing machinery and audit documents prepared in late night.Manager do not value an individuals. Unique strength,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I also received appreciation e-mails from my services provider/commissioning companyas. But they go mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal. Which is a very painful sometime.
