They don't consider Covid-19 as a serious problem / pandemic. The don't even sanitize their office on a regular basis. Everyone is going on meetings, whether it is in Delhi or outside Delhi like nothing happened.

All management is dull not desipline not guide line not timely payment deduction of working day is their primarity

They I will supporting in covid 19 .I suffered a lot .My nine month salary not given without give any proper notice your chennai branch closed .I will never see such a Kind of person who is taking charge in Chennai branch .He stolen all the money from office but he spoil my name with my client

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that maintenance reliable high quality products and services and has a national based plants at overall India. Plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimas I have to work 18-24 hours in a day as I have to attend maintenance and commioning/mechanical echanical and moveing machinery and audit documents prepared in late night.Manager do not value an individuals. Unique strength,which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I also received appreciation e-mails from my services provider/commissioning companyas. But they go mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal. Which is a very painful sometime.

My internship experience has been incredibly positive, largely due to the support and guidance from my seniors. They have been extremely helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or challenges I faced. Their willingness to share their knowledge and offer advice has made a huge difference in my learning and growth. I am grateful for their mentorship and for the opportunity to work in such a collaborative and supportive environment.
