The kind of projects i got to experience.

..... Designers were thrown under the bus in case of any criticism from the client. Salary was less than mediocre. I had senior colleagues with far less pay than the new inexperienced. Absolutely no boundaries. Once had worked for 28 days straight without an off. And few colleagues had it worse.

They get good projects.

Dislikes

They get good projects but what kills the vibe is the planning, the process, and the timeline of each project, and the superior/s too; 'cause there's no proper system, everything happens unplanned (on-spot meetings which disrupt the flow too). Not valued and appreciated for the work you put in. If only the essence of DESIGN wasn't taken to be something that comes out of a printing machine, then designers would be more valued for what they actually do. You're only noticed when client or any issues come up which wasn't really your fault but you get thrown under the bus for it. You're are observed individually (as a different person) for the no. of projects you handle. Your love for what you do is totally not worth in an environment that always blames you regardless the unseen efforts.
