1) Late Salary from past 8 months [eg : salary of Jan still not credited as of 18th March] 2) Bonus Mentioned in CTC but still not given 3) No hike since 2 Years 4) Everyone want to leave the company as company sinking like titanic 5) product they have, it's not that good and they are expecting that this one save the life of crayon 6) Now a days CEO are rude, as instance force to sign some WFH NDA else give warning to leave the company, his worried about this instead of other important task [salary not paid for 2 month]

Great learning environment for juniors we are given hands on experience on many projects so the learning obtained here is immense and responsibilities are also given respectively

Dislikes

No work life balance at all, there may be 18 hr working days depending on time crunch for a project

This is one of the best company in my IT journey. The work life balance is amazing, the way they respecting the employees are excellent. They provide the opportunities to explore more in your technical path

Very top heavy for a 170 people firm. Leadership's vision gets lost amidst the top management Employees need to be trusted to do their tasks Constructive feedback during performance appraisal needs to be given

The job security is there if you are below 30 years of age. Work culture is mainly based on your manager, but my manager was amazing so I didn't have to handle toxic work culture or anything at all.

Dislikes

The negative minded HR team who will try to be so aggressive with the policies.
