1) Salary Delayed many Times sometime 20 days or sometime more than that also 2) No Hike 3) In CTC, there is a Bonus mentioned but got very less(Less than Half) and in form of stock (which is Horrible) 4) Almost 70-80 people Fired in last 5-6 months out of 178 Overall Company is not stable, Don't know when they fired you

Great learning environment for juniors we are given hands on experience on many projects so the learning obtained here is immense and responsibilities are also given respectively

Dislikes

No work life balance at all, there may be 18 hr working days depending on time crunch for a project

This is one of the best company in my IT journey. The work life balance is amazing, the way they respecting the employees are excellent. They provide the opportunities to explore more in your technical path

The job security is there if you are below 30 years of age. Work culture is mainly based on your manager, but my manager was amazing so I didn't have to handle toxic work culture or anything at all.

The negative minded HR team who will try to be so aggressive with the policies.
