There is nothing to like about this organisation. They just think that developers are some forced labours and they can ask them to do anything at any time.

Dislikes

As I mentioned they treat developers like labours and the CTO is so rude and he scolds people like anything. He uses bad words like Nalayak to developers, they don't respect employees at all, they keep making you feel as you're worthless. There is so much politics involved in such tiny company. Not a good place to work at all, you'll loose your mental health and this company don't care about it at all. They don't care about your mental health or the physical health, they'll even ask you to work at midnight and no comp-off or benefits will be provided for that.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
