But the Manpower deployment is very poor. They plan lot projects with limited employees. That makes very pressure. Work life balance will be very difficult in this group. Continuously travel will be there.

According to me, this company worked in lockdawn is cofertable , and caring all staff to all employee in lockdawn and satisfaction work environment I happy to join this company I want to alwey member on this company.

The company is open to innovation & readily adopts latest technology. All staff and co-workers are technically strong in their work. For new joiner good company to learn about Industry and how the company process. You can contact to any person in company or management as and when required without any hesitation. Company Policies are good. Teammates are excellent and supportive.

Dislikes

You can be asked to leave the job at any moment of time, so no job security. People are over loaded with ample of work. Company is filled with corporate politics so be careful. As it is service providing company so work life balance is ok. All the company values are followed just by on field sales & service team. Middle Management & office staff works as if govt. job. Owner Driven Company so for each and every decision you have to get approved from owner or MD.

Poor culture, autocratic owners, hire and fire employees at will, no skill development or job satisfaction, can be described as workshop. Frequent parties with booze to keep employee "engaged". Implicit racism, casteism and favouritism. No female employees at all. Stubborn workers. Hectic traveling.
