Poor management. No work life balance, Managers expect employees to work on weekends also. Negotiation in leaves also. Lot of politics. Management is very interested in personal life of employees.

Nothing to like bad company.

Dislikes

I work in the inside sales department and have experienced a truly toxic work environment. My manager, Anil Katwe, is more interested in playing office politics than actually supporting his team. No matter how much we accomplish, he relentlessly piles on extra work—demanding that we work from 9 AM to 9 PM every day. On multiple occasions, he has assigned three times the normal workload in a single day and, even when I’m about to leave, he hands me new tasks that must be completed immediately. Beyond the workload, his behavior is unprofessional. He frequently resorts to body shaming and makes inappropriate, double-meaning remarks about my family. It’s as if he’s trying to recreate the demeaning treatment of bygone eras—if you want to see how some companies treated their employees decades ago, look no further. I cannot recommend joining this company unless you’re prepared to be treated like a slave.
