A bit of work life balance but i guess it’s okay as it’s a startup so we have to exceed and leave our comfort zone to make it big.

I only like founder of debojet sir's behaviour. He is kind and understable.

Whole management system is poor. Very toxic environment with everyone. In my first month they gave me 13,333 stipend but actually it was 10,000. But in my next month they give me only 6,150 and they said that you worked only 20 days and if there was any extra money on your working days you already received in your previous month. This is not my fault that you are giving me extra money as stipend in my first month and then you are deducting my stipend next month. This is all rubbish thing. They mentally exhausted me with their behaviour. But lastly they have eaten my money. But leave it.
