There is a delay for some time in going home only in case of emergency. But if the management feels that there is a real emergency, then leave is given for 15 days.

From outside seems a fully corporate culture but in real it is like a local indian contractor company, whole culture was distroy by the Indian head and indian Manager who are experienced with local small contractor companies

Working in CR3 is well recognised organisation, having multiple projects.

Dislikes

Food or allowance were not arranged , food cost has to bear own, no proper office facilities, To and fro timings of bus was not maintained properly, 12 hours duty no overtime, employees hospitality was not good. Always keep a spy on individual works
