They treat equally to each level of employee or employee can directly talk to the empty of this company the MD of this company a very humble person and understand each and all situation very well and the biggest thing is that he respect every single thought and welcome it very warmly.

This is and developing organisation so you would have to face challenges with the people already working here since long time with old tendency they would create an hurdle while you are changing the trends to create a new benchmark.

Boring, monotonous, dull offices, unresponsive colleagues, back stabbing managers, if project is not profitable they ask you to leave without proper reasons ..do not join if you want a high adrenaline job

I have almost worked for 7 months. Had an amazing experience working with CPM india. Any can join this organization. They are mostly specialised in FMCG sales.

Dislikes

I didn’t find any specific. But sometime there’s little gap between HR and employees. He is not easily available for any sort o help.
