Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture strong relationships with multiple key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning trade marketing strategies accordingly.

- Trade Marketing KPI Delivery: Take ownership of delivering agreed-upon trade marketing KPIs, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring of activities.

- Retail Visibility & In-Store Sales Strategies: Develop and implement appropriate execution strategies for retail visibility initiatives and in-store sales drivers across Modern Trade and General Trade markets.

- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Work extensively with data to develop insightful analysis that enables effective business decision-making and contributes to the achievement of overall business KPIs.

- Project Performance Management: Effectively manage project performance beyond manpower utilization, focusing on attrition management, and the training and development of team members.

- Team Leadership & Agency Management: Leverage hands-on experience in managing large teams and effectively overseeing agency setups to ensure efficient and impactful execution of trade marketing plans.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 10-12 years of proven experience in a trade marketing function, with significant exposure to both Modern Trade and General Trade markets.

- Industry Preference: Prior experience working in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Consumer Durable companies is highly preferred.

- Team Management: Must possess hands-on experience in managing large teams and effectively leading agency setups.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with 1 clients and internal teams.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop effective execution strategies that drive retail visibility and in-store sales.

- Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving and exceeding trade marketing KPIs.

- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be based in either Delhi NCR or Mumbai.
