partiality, taking decision with out getting any clarification from other end.Immediate concultion on one person without evaluating.

i'm working here from last 2.5 years. The working environment and people is really good and i felt that work life balance is also fine here.Job security is also fine here.

In terms of career growth i'm not that much satisfied. Initially they are provided good salary package but later its not that much satisfied.

they did not give proper training, work knowledge, proper work structure and not conduct meeting, event, sports, organise, team management there is no co-ordinate staff level and management level and not provide proper information about employee leave and medical benefits and pressure for employee transfer also

...company. If have any employee suggestions for work improvement he not listening. As per appraisal not increase salary structure.

Get to learn many things if u r in Greenfield project purchaser. Else its just a desk job. Job security.

No training, No salary hikes. No career growth. More internal politics. Non supportive HR.
