Most important thing that I like is well opportunity provider for frasher to learn, company is not more so hard & fast for giving any punishment in case of commiting any mistake.Also company arranges the periodic training program for the employees & whenever we want the support from head office, generally we get.Overall for leaning point of view,CPC is good that I feel here.

Dislikes

Only one thing that I dislike here is that CPC is not paying good (less increment in salary). This thing only I feel here,it's my own experience,but it may be different for other employees.

Job training was provided with immense cheer, pleasure, confidence.

Dislikes

Salary structure is poor and so increment. You can't save money for your future if you are here.. No team outings. Not even a single penny as bonus for non- permanent employees. No long holidays for field employees. You should be ready to work for company 24*7. Company Never cares about your personal chores.

company is offering low salary but job security is there. and benefits are fair

Dislikes

working hours are very busy and very much busy heavy pressure entire day. from in side office and out side field people. How ever work is very hard, late hours also we need to work frequently.

Dislikes

1. Less employee skill development and knowledge Programme 2. No skill training and development Programme 3. Less physical interaction with field Team and meetings 4. Poor exit policy ( No, PIP and other development opportunity) 5. Little corporate poletics at mid level in few division of company.

Learning about the fundamental/basics. Learning platform.

Dislikes

Even if u work smart/ hard they will never award or appreciate anything. Fully politics. Only higher position peoples getting all the benefits. They will give increment / promotion to those who is not working and to their favorite people. No diversity and inclusion. Worst place to work. Poor Management.
