I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Sasti Training for their Cost Cutting.. unke mentor se acche To Tum Hi Ho jese Ho Unse acche ho... after one month they will say You Like we have never expacted This Situation we have recession so We Can't Hire you and can't provide stipend to you.. And They will stop Their sasti Training by saying we have A High priority Task...

Events happened was fun part but now no events is being done since last 6-7 months.

Dislikes

No growth technically and also if we are working then there is bias too much of politics. Because of this negative environment is created. Managers behaviours are not good somewhat rude.
