There is no Culture in this organisation. The staff is supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

1) Salary is not on time. 2) No parameters for performence analyse 3) Hire and fire trend (Basically they hire only in sales sisson once expected sales done then they starts - Holding salaries, holding Appraisal, issue the worning mails with senseless reasons) It happened with the senior managers and VP's also. 4) No fixed KRA they hire for something else and you will end up with something else. 5) fake commitments while giving extra responsibility. 6) Delay from Higher Management - and you will be the responsible for rest losses due to that delay. 7) Delay in reimbursement and limits on reimbursement (if you spend more then your limit, you have to bear the excess amount. 8) Employees are just for few months so use them as a machine this is the thought process. 9) before joining you have to make sure you don't have family, because if someone got in any emergency situation you will get warnings instead of leave. 10) There is no one senior on you, every one is behaved like one. 11) HR or Manager are also dependent on higher management for small small things. 12) if you serve your notice period still they will hold the FNF of refuse to pay you. 13) you will get only Offer Letter, no joining letter or not even a experience latter if you leave the organisation without there will or permission 14) few people's were worked more than a years but mostly 6-7 months people leave the jobs Company is running on 90's culture if you need the next salary you have to tolerate the nonsense otherwise you will left with no salary.

Worst management system, culture, environment, work less more pressure, dominant, unprofessional behavior, always late salary, no learning only politics, no appraisal no bonus only salary deduction.
