...ent is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policycs are gaad , appraisals are fair and thay give good salary hike and bonus every year .

There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues.

Working atmosphere is good but for only company roll employee but third party pay roll employees are not secure their Job. I have worked 5.5 years and I was third party pay roll employee without any reason they discontinued my contract. I felt very bad ☹️

Friendly and supportive staff, facilities like cab and food are good, I think great company for future to growing in this line.

They just hire trainee and take there work till 1 year and then they kick out from there company no permanent vaccency for them .

Management doesn't address our issue even from six months they don't reimburse my medical bill. They told me and other trainees about 5 working days before joining but after one month the management start blackmailing that if you want to continue you have to come for six working days. Some other employees are also doing six day working but they get paid for there extra work but we are not. Because they tell us about 5 working days orally. If anyone wants to go there I suggest to not believe on oral offers take it in written for every offer.

People development not happening here, people development is most important because its leadership competency.
