Working in covenant gives me mandate to improve my knowledge, and it makes me stronger in terms of good quality of service.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work extra hours straight in a day as I have to attend to challenge in the hostel. Also, there no-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Covenant University is the leading Private University in Nigeria.It is well equipped and employs latest technology with qualified and experienced staff. The University undergoes periodically a personal productivity review which helps to monitor progress and create room for improvement. Moreover, different people from different cultures are working together under an hamonious environment to achieve result. The Physical Planning and Development department which I work deals with planning and construction of all types. The Institution has an organogram of management hierachy in the administration and execution of duties with accountability and productivity as the watch-word. Things to note also is the beautiful and scenic landscaped environment which is peaceful.

Dislikes

...owth. There is no form of travelling for training and job security is very poor.There exist no overtime bonus and compensation rate is average. Because of my versed skills which I have acquired before joining the Organisation, I became a sought after. However, often get distracted with so many questions from my colleagues on how to solve problems.
