I liked one thing that you also get to learn things other than your department. Though I was appointed as Accounts and Finance Executive, I used to handle Dispatch, Purchase, HR and Admin department also.

Dislikes

I believe that work culture matters a lot for an employee. I think this company lacks healthy atmosphere and a good work culture.
